Showed a valid receipt for a diehard tool replacement and wouldn’t warranty tool. Said it could only be exchanged at the store purchased.
Keep cancelling my order, zero customer service and inventory management system that doesn't work. Showed 15 in stock, made the order, order cancelled. Y'all deserve to go bankrupt and close more than 700 stores.
It was such a great experience. Steven was a great help on getting parts needed for my car. He knows so much on parts and just in cars in general and helped understand more for what I needed. I would tremendously recommend Steven. I will be looking foward to returning back.
