I am so very disgusted & disappointed with Advance Auto Parts (09809). The people who used to work there are gone. 😕 They have a whole new crew there. My problem began on 09/15/2024. I asked this young man by the name of Will to check my vehicle because my vehicle kept stopping on me. The first time he couldn't because it was raining, 🌧 n problem. the store is going out of business in greenville and I bought some struts and they gave me the struts and they were the wrong ones and I took them back and they say we can't give no refunds and I had to order something else that wasn't in stock which means my car is inoperable until Wednesday all because the advance rep did not explain I couldn't get refund and go somewhere else to buy my struts / unhappy customer
