I was traveling through when problem with my drive belt on my truck, close to closing time, Shawn was VERY helpful in helping me, even stayed after closing time to assist me in getting me and my wife back on our way. Even helped with finding a hotel for the night. Great to know there is still people like him out there. Thank you.
This guy was more helpful than most
This was my Go to place for parts. For myself others vehicles I worked on. my son an his many projects and jobs. But now they got a manager "J" that don't listen not helpful don't know customer service. But he knows how to puff that cigarette , an ignor you. The guys that work here are great. But he is not worthy of his position nor does he know customer relationships. Might be time to move all our business elsewhere till he is replaced.
