I buy a lot of auto parts, and I was set to buy some today, Saturday, November 8th, 2014, but advance auto parts will not answer their phone...I called twice, and each time it range until it wouldn't ring any more. no answer. it tells me they are very busy, and even if they do answer, I will get poor service. I have yet to shop there and it has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will continue to do business at O'reilly's and Auto Value, which have served me very well over the years.
