Just had the worst experience I have ever had in a store. Roger McLean was rude to the person in front of us so I should have known how this was going to go. My boyfriend inquired for me about a warranty I was supposed to have on my brakes and he said can't help you. He didn't bother to look in the computer or even ask to see the brakes.
