I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Advance Auto Parts. As a woman who came in knowing exactly what part I needed, I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. The two older gentlemen working there were dismissive, condescending, and seemed far more interested in explaining things to me than actually helping me. Staff is always amazing! Came in once to get my codes read and my spark plug was bad, they helped me fix it and told me about my error codes and how to fix them myself! I also came in again more recently to get my tire dropped, my cable was seized and they dropped the tire and put my spare on without charge. They are always nice and there is always stellar service!
