I usually get good customer service but today when I went it was awful. I was looking to get a certain item which had to be as close to the same as possible. When I asked they took me to the area where they were and told me I would just have to match them up. I only expected the lady to help me by doing what I expected was her job. But unfortunately it wasn't her job so I went to Auto zone where the gentleman was more than happy to try to help me match up the item.
