Very quick and thorough, but still pleasant and helpful conversation; straight and to the point. I find the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles, but the job and company workings. They're on the ball and always are there to help, not rush you to buy something, tell you to try a bunch of things before buying something. In it for customer service, and it shows!
