We had a dead battery on our Jeep and Penny was amazing! She got our new battery in and helped make sure that all of our settings came back up, she’s so helpful, funny and has a great attitude! Thank you Penny. You made a dead battery a not so bad experience! Pleasure meeting you!
The gentleman at the counter was helpful in checking two Marine batteries I brought in I purchased one new one. When I got home to install it in my boat I discovered that the positive terminal was too damaged to thread the screw on. I had driven 30 minutes each way to the store and back so I called the store to see if they could possibly deliver a replacement since the defective battery was their fault.
