the young woman who works there, has no idea of the parts they ask for It’s bullshit👎
According to the manager they are always understaffed and must send both Techs on break a the same time. Clearly life sucks because of this! Then treat you completely disrespectful in front of a store full of customers when you ask for a refund because they can’t perform a free service they offer. These stores are a dime a dozen around here and places are closing every day. I ended up at the big blue and fed the corporate vulture instead of our locals. Bummer!
Kevin, one of your employees was amazing! We were on a family trip from PA and had a car issue. Kevin helped us get the right part, and give us a few pointers on how to fix it. He was leaving for the day and hung around to make sure my husband got it fixed for us, he was amazing and super helpful!
