When asked any simple questions about the company he works for he was completely useless. He refused to help multiple customers and was the most disrespectful man I have ever encountered. I don't recommend buying any auto parts including air fresheners
Came in to replace my battery under warranty. Was told the battery was too low to register but could not be changed out. Customer service was an all time low! The guy took the battery in to charge, and left. Never spoke another word to me. Asked another cashier & was told to wait and that I would be getting the same battery back. Not helpful at all. The battery has had to be jumped and charged almost daily for months. Will no longer do business with this company.
That store was very Help full to me when I visited on June 8th 2014. I was broke down 90 miles from home and they went out of their way to get someone to help me.. It was even poring down rain and the mechanic they had help me and I was on the road back home in no time... Thank you again!!!!
