Matt at Advance Auto Parts in Alma provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. None of the USB ports or power outlets in our Ford Escape were working, and we had no idea where to start. Matt quickly helped us identify the correct fuses, found exactly what we needed, and then went above and beyond by coming outside and replacing the fuses for us.
