I will start by saying I have been doing business with advance auto for years now and I spend thousands of dollars a year at this place normally without issues.... But this past Friday I bought a steering box for my 05 silverado and had it installed by my local mechanic and 6 hours later at $65 an hour I find out that this $200 part is defective meaning this 6 hour job must be done again.
