Came in to get a replacement battery for my Toyota. They were fast and efficient. I had a replacement battery along with terminal care supplies in about ten minutes. I went home, swapped out the battery. They volunteered to let me do it there. I like to handle things at my own pace in the garage. They quickly handled my return battery, the core and accepted discarded oil. They were very good about it all. Thanks guys!
Shout out to Kevin at Advance Auto Parts. Changed my battery and terminal. Went out of his way to get my battery replaced and had a tough time with the old terminal off. Back on the road thanks to him!
Crap service pulled in yesterday five people standing around and one left walked in one person said hi then walked away over to the other workers and no other customer in store I was there to buy a battery and wipers . So I said OK no hello welcome advance auto parts how can I help you. Instead I said screw them and walked out and went to O'RILEYS GOT A NEW BATTERY AND WIPERS. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .
