what a great experience i had today. A friend of mine told me about this place. I had to boost my car early this morning. I went directly to Advance. I was immediately greeted by John. I explained to John that i purchased my battery from Advance from a different location but my 3 yr warranty had expired 1 month ago. John took it into consideration and said that he will honor the warranty. He said he was going to install the new battery first, then check to see if it was the alternator. After visiting another location that turned me away and lied to me about the process of getting me a battery for my truck, the gentleman at the Ronkonkoma location came to the rescue! Christian was extremely helpful and was able to replace my battery for me. They went above and beyond after my experience at the other location and this will be my new “go to” location in the future.
