I took my Jeep to have the battery looked at on 12/16. The guy working came out and hooked up the meter. He said you have enough cold cranking amps, your battery is fine. I said no it isnt, I had to be jumped twice today. I turn off the car and it won't crank back over. He said im not surprised because its a Jeep. I said what I have had my Jeep Wrangler for 4 years and no issues. He says imagine being on my side and what I see with Jeep people. So my husband jumped my Jeep and I drove home upset. Was more than appreciative of the help I received at this Auto Parts. My windshield wiper and arm were recently damaged and they were very helpful in finding the right wiper blade to fit the arm I had ordered separately. They don’t install windshield wiper arms, usually just the wiper blades and they did it all for me! I was very thankful as this was a minor repair, but was very stressful for the time it was broken.
