I give the one star for the reason about the floor is so slippery why I say it cause I have resistance shoe i came out of work to pick up a part and I went inside I almost slipped they need to do something about it

We went on a Sunday afternoon to have my son's battery tested. It was bad and needed to be replaced. The lady said it might be difficult with the brackets in his truck, but the young man working was able to take out the old battery and replace it no problem. He was very helpful and my son was able to head back to school that night without any issues or fear of being stranded. Thank you!
All i needed was a battery, the only women there asked three guys to install my battery all said no. The women STRUGGLED putting my battery in, she HAMMERED my connector onto the battery instead of unscrew the lug nut to put it on properly. Car wouldn’t start once connected. Now two guys and the women are arguing with me that its my car lmao. They proceeded to check my alternator and starter both check green.
