I want to give a huge thank you to General Manager Chelley Cardoza at Advance Auto Parts (17006 FM 529, Houston, TX 77095). She helped me with what other stores couldn’t, and she did it with great patience and professionalism. Chelley is very understanding, respectful, and truly cares about helping customers get what they need. Her kindness made a big difference, and I really appreciate the excellent service. This is one of the best advance auto parts that I’ve ever been to. Michelle just did basically an eight minute battery change for free beautifully. My battery was bad so I had to buy a new one and she did the job so sweet so nice and it didn’t take long. I am so thankful. Thanks
