parts supposed to be in at 4pm. 11am next day, still no parts. no call or anything. 40 mile drive for nothing. and 5 hrs wasted

I was in your establishment some time back. I wasn't going to say anything but one of your female employees was extremely sexually inappropriate with my husband and made a racial slur against me. Your store or any other chain will never get my business because of Donna or Donnel or whatever that persons name was.
After three trannys through here for same truck ...first one worked one day...second one a couple days.... thrid one refused and went with other than morpor tranny... no compenstation for down time of 8 WEEKS all i get is pushed off when i call alana is sale manager and she walks away when i walk in the store sorry hut having 4 trucks to take care of advanced auto is not worth time i will take buisness to napa
