Worst experience ever the woman who assisted me this morning was a complete psychopath told her my engine light was not flashing and suspected I had a bad ignition coil she said it could not be because my engine light was not flashing she. I went too advance auto parts on main st., in need of wide shield wipers. I told the lady at the counter(Rannie). She looked them up, went outside too my car to make sure we where getting the right blades, she was unsure of which one for me out of the three. So she suggested that I come back, when the guy was off his run to make sure we had the correct ones and that he would put the in for free..she called me later when he returned. The general manager was able to replace my fog lights for me where another Auto supply had told me the whole fender would have to be taken off of the front end of my RAV4 Toyota 2020 model. But they were wrong.. this gentleman and just 15 minutes was able to get me two brand new halogen fog lights installed. Thank you.

Terrible! Stay away! Bought a part 2 weeks ago that I did not use and went to return it and they refused. Stated they had a policy that nobody explained when I bought it and nobody could even point it out in the store. I will never go there again and will make sure all my friends and family know as well.......

These folks I’ve known for years, maybe 30, and they have never failed me. Just today I called about a battery I needed for an imported car (2007 Maserati 2007 Maserati.). They not only had the battery, but they carried the battery to my trunk for me.. if it hadn’t been dark, they probably would’ve installed it for me as well.

Walked into advance because I needed two items, wiper blade for my back window and a cabin filter. The door chimes twice nobody welcomes me but there are two guys behind the counters towards the back side talking to one another. I stand up by the front counters when you first enter and wait a little bit while the two men continue to talk. After 2 minutes i wander over to the filters section & couldn't find any book or device to help me locate the right filter. These people are right down rude the men if that's what you want to call them. Are rude don't want help nobody. They acted like they are pissed off if ya asked them for help with anything. To all females don't go to this auto part store they hate waiting on females they treat ya like shit. Scott the so called manager is a straight up dick. He needs to be fired.
