Very helpful staff, I highly recommend this store. The store manager is awesome, very nice and very helpful!
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had here. When I walked in, one employee was on his phone eating chips, while the other simply walked away from the counter even though he wasn’t helping anyone. I asked if they could test my battery, and I was told, “Come back tomorrow morning.” When I asked why, the employee just laughed instead of giving me an explanation. The most unbelievable, thorough, kind, woman who took care of me on the phone. When I came in, she took care of me in the store came out to the parking lot. She changed my battery. Totally the best experience ever thank you so much.
Everyone is always a huge help when I go in. Keith was especially helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know.
