this place has gone way downhill, From asking for a 2 Wheel Dr. or four-wheel-drive for a lightbulb, From selling someone the wrong oil filter for their car, Why are we hiring people to sell auto parts that know nothing about cars? i’m just gonna end up spending the money and buying everything from Napa! i’m spending more money, but At least then I know I get the right parts!
I went in today to get wipers before the big storm, and Michael couldn’t have been nicer to work with. We had a great conversation while he found what I needed, rang me up, and then quickly installed them for me. I was very appreciative of his help, expertise, and kindness. Thank you so much.
