Well, for starters I was told that I needed a thermostat housing for my car with the sensor because my car had the sensor and I couldn't buy one without it. I take my part and my car to the shop so they can put it on and half way through the job, the tech comes out and said "you didn't need the thermostat housing with the sensor, your car doesn't have a sensor". So instead of being able to purchase the roughly $30 part that I needed, I spent $153 on a part for no reason at all. Not to mention, that wasn't even the problem to... read more
Customer service is the worse I have ever seen. They seem to ignore customers that were in the store. Even if on phone they still can acknowledge your presence in the store. I think I might go to corporate and complain and store manager...
