Given the runaround everytime I go in there. The elderly man working there refused to sell me the lower priced car battery then made a huge deal about installing the $350 one I ended up purchasing ….stating that it was too windy for him to do so.
Google is by far the best with everything that is offered, and for free.
I use my car for work. When it started acting funky today I got really freaked out. I went to advance Auto parts and Joseph helped me every step of the way. He showed compassion and empathy. It made me feel way less nervous. I wish all people and customer service had his kindness.
Worst customer service ever they would rather talk about politics instead of serve customers that are waiting in line I waited 20 minutes with one person in front of me I'll never go back
