Walked into advance because I needed two items, wiper blade for my back window and a cabin filter. The door chimes twice nobody welcomes me but there are two guys behind the counters towards the back side talking to one another. I stand up by the front counters when you first enter and wait a little bit while the two men continue to talk. Terrible customer service. Purchased a two year warranty on an item and they only put one year warranty in the system. They never have online orders ready for pickup. Will shop elsewhere.
0 stars is what this company deserves. Brian the manager was hostile and so aggressive and a complete waste of an employee. When asked any simple questions about the company he works for he was completely useless. He refused to help multiple customers and was the most disrespectful man I have ever encountered. He was unwilling to help, and keep in mind I spend anywhere for 300-500 a month in his store. I thought the employees were always helpful bit the last 3 or 4 times I've been there , u have employees that don't know their tail ends on anything - I had a guy swear to me that the paint he picked out went to my car and it was a Kia and he sold me cheverlot. I needed a new battery for my truck and purchase d one today. Dennis was incredibly helpful. He found the correct battery for me and installed it very quickly. Dennis had a great attitude and was very friendly. Incredible customer service!
Lexington rd store of Advanced Auto Parts, the service was absolutely excellent. The workers there were very helpful, they helped put the battery in my and my fiancé's vehicle. Mind you it's 35°, we appreciated them taking the time to help us. 10/10!!!!
This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating but I had no choice. I needed my car battery replaced and stopped in the store on Earl Core Road. Woman behind the counter took the year, make, model etc. I wasn't sure if it was an LE or SE so I went outside to check. The second I returned inside I was informed that this battery installation would take 30 minutes and that they would NOT install. There was not another customer in sight.
