I've gone into Advance twice, once to get supplies for a tune up on my SUV, and once for an oil change. Jeff was able to get everything I needed, pointing out quality parts to help get the most out of my high-mileage vehicle, particularly pointing out that I should be switching the type of oil I use so that my O rings don't deteriorate. They really know what they're doing over there. The store is nicely organized and they brought me right to the parts I needed. I'm so glad they opened one up close to my house.
Went there looking for parts for my wife's car. Walked in greeted really good by staff. The manager (Jeff) walked up and told me we have everything you need and if we don't I will get it for you. I bought my parts and got everything and some things I didn't need. Not because I didn't know what I was buying but because I loved the service. Definitely told all my friends. Now this is our store. GREAT customer service. Thanks Advance Auto!!!!
