After spending half hour trying to return a battery with a new sales clerk, the manager "Jerry" who had been watching the new sales clerk struggle, angrily decided to jump in and help, this "Manager" was very loud rude and demeaning , I have been a Advanced Auto customer for many years and never experienced this level of poor customer service ever before. This type of customer service is what drives companies out of business.
Useless...didn't have the filter I needed nor did they try to run one down or even steer me in the direction of a store that would....
It's. My second home i am here almost every day of the any given week
