Hi, You need to hire people that will be more customer service friendly. HELP with a smile. I had purchased a power steering pump and it was defective 3 times!! I usually NEVER order from Advanced Auto but due to the online discounts we tried advanced auto. After 3 or 4 batteries (I lost count) later each one being defective and 2 power steering pumps and I still have to get the last one replaced due to being defective something is very wrong with your store. I ordered a part online, and they scheduled to send it to an address different than mine. I called the "customer service" on the phone and spoke with Megan. She gave me a song and dance with an attitude that the shipping address could not be corrected, and that the order could not be cancelled. After I got tough, she then talked with the "escalation team" and she will try to cancel the order with the provider as a first time courtesy service, blah, blah, blah. Nothing but excuses and no solutions.
