Very friendly and so HELPFUL! Had the battery replaced and we were on our way within minutes!
I highly recommend the service manager David at Advance Auto in Big Stone Gap. I needed a back signal light put in and I tried everywhere and no one around from our area would assist me but David took out his time to assist me by putting my back signal light in for me. I’m very thankful for you David.
david changed my battery for me and he was absolutely the best he was so kind and knew how to keep a conversation going and it did not take him long at all to change my battery he is the best!!
