I walked into the store and wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. I walked around the entire store trying to find what I needed, but no one ever offered to help. Because of the poor customer service, I ended up leaving and going to another auto parts store where I was able to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location was very disappointing

As a repair shop Advance is Fantastic with delivery times and service. Troy even makes it a point to come out and shake hands, Making sure it stays that way. #Customerforlife.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Jaden was exceptionally helpful during multiple visits, helped with testing a old part, ordering new parts, selecting proper accessories, and testing new part once it arrived to ensure it was working before we left with it. Definitely my new go to for auto related assistance.
