As a repair shop Advance is Fantastic with delivery times and service. Troy even makes it a point to come out and shake hands, Making sure it stays that way. #Customerforlife.
Staff is super helpful and friendly. Jaden was exceptionally helpful during multiple visits, helped with testing a old part, ordering new parts, selecting proper accessories, and testing new part once it arrived to ensure it was working before we left with it. Definitely my new go to for auto related assistance.
What a great experience. Was headed back home (Greenville) from a trip to Charleston when our car wouldnt start after a stop at a gas station. Stopped here to get a new battery and the technician who swapped my battery was helpful and very personable. Seemed like a great guy. My wife took our son inside while we had our battery changed out and when she got in the car to leave she said she had a great interaction with the guy working inside too.
