I will be so glad when orielys opens in chapin. Tried to tell the guy today about an offer I had in email and he was more worried about telling me it was online only than listening to me. But the bonus points CLEARLY said online and in store. But no...he wouldn’t even listen. Finically just told him it wasn’t worth it!
If you go there for help then keep driving to another store because the employees here do not want to assist customers. Even teenagers have money to spend and they shouldn't be treated like they don't matter! My 17 year old son went there to buy parts for his car and the employees refused to assist him. Never shopping there or this chain again.
DO NOT BUY TOOLS FROM HERE !! BOUGHT A TOOL USED IT TWICE AND IT BROKE , TOOK IT BACK TO EXCHANGE , THEY SAID NO , THEY SELL CHEAPLY MADE TOOLS , MIGHT AS WELL GO TO HARBOR FREIGHT !!! THE GUY I SPOKE TO WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID HE WASNT EXCHANGING IT !!
