Great service and great customer support!
I went in to have my alternator checked since my car’s been having issues. I told him what my issue was but he insisted over and over that it had to be the battery without even offering to check the alternator. I asked if he could at least check it, but he still kept telling me "it's gotta be your battery" even after telling him the battery was new. I ended up going to AutoZone, and they actually ran the test for me with no problem (nothing was wrong with my battery). I expected better customer service from a parts store esp... read more
Updated review - Don't go here. Poorly trained employees with bad attitudes. Insane prices in-store. Will argue about their own website. They don't understand that this is exactly why they are having to close locations and are choking financially. I and no problem here for 12 years, so I know it's not me. Old review - This is my favorite Advance location. The people are great. Previous rating 5 stars
