Updated review - Don't go here. Poorly trained employees with bad attitudes. Insane prices in-store. Will argue about their own website. They don't understand that this is exactly why they are having to close locations and are choking financially. I and no problem here for 12 years, so I know it's not me. I came to get my battery tested because my battery died suddenly and left me stranded. I was able to get a jump and came to Advance AutoZone. The gentleman that was working told me to cut the car off so he could test the battery . I didn't think there would be any issues so I cut the car off. He didnt tell me or show me anything about the status of the battery. He only said that something was stopping it from charging. Came here to get a diagnosis for my car because a weird smell was coming from under hood and associate was very rude and quick to dismiss me and my issue said they wasn’t able to look at it because my engine light wasn’t on.
