Nice little auto parts shop in Auburn on Grant Ave. I go there for expediency items like windshield wipers. They sell a variety of items for many different car makes/models. The staff are helpful and always willing to assist you with things like wiper installs and such. It has helped me greatly several times and I always appreciate the experience.
They always say they can install wipers and batteries and then when you go there or call there they always say they don’t have enough help so they shouldn’t say it all it is is blowing wind.
I don't understand the good reviews but I went to Advance Auto on 286 Grant Ave in Auburn, NY and the service was terrible. Not only once but twice. The men in there disguise women and even though I was in line first, he helped a man ahead of me. I will not patronize that business again. The website stated the parts were there and the crew member blew me off telling me to go to Kia. This was very unacceptable and they are not professional or helpful.. Never again!!
