We were in today to buy some steering and tranny fluid and the store was basically empty, yet all of the service reps were too busy talking on the phones ( personal conversations no less, not speaking with customers) to wait on my boyfirend at the register. He was trying to get one of them to pay attention to him and was told rudely "Can't you see we're on the phone?" Here's an idea: stop making your personal calls and start doing your job!
