I thought the employees were always helpful bit the last 3 or 4 times I've been there , u have employees that don't know their tail ends on anything - I had a guy swear to me that the paint he picked out went to my car and it was a Kia and he sold me cheverlot. I needed a new battery for my truck and purchase d one today. Dennis was incredibly helpful. He found the correct battery for me and installed it very quickly. Dennis had a great attitude and was very friendly. Incredible customer service!

Lexington rd store of Advanced Auto Parts, the service was absolutely excellent. The workers there were very helpful, they helped put the battery in my and my fiancé's vehicle. Mind you it's 35°, we appreciated them taking the time to help us. 10/10!!!!

This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating but I had no choice. I needed my car battery replaced and stopped in the store on Earl Core Road. Woman behind the counter took the year, make, model etc. I wasn't sure if it was an LE or SE so I went outside to check. The second I returned inside I was informed that this battery installation would take 30 minutes and that they would NOT install. There was not another customer in sight. I called advance auto on 1770 central ave today ,Mark immediately put me on hold because he had 2 customers in the store in front of him,which I had no problem with. I arrived shortly after I called an he started helping me then once the phone rang he immediately stopped helping me to pick up the phone an started helping that customer instead of placing them on hold like he had done with me .I found that extremely rude an upsetting because I didn't receive the same treat as the previous customers from when I called .This be... read more

No stars from me. I was in the Mill Hall store on 7/17 and the young man behind the counter (Christopher) was very helpful, he deserves a 5 star for helping me out. Today 7/18 I returned to the same store and the young behind the counter that help me (Joey) was also very helpful. Both these young men deserve recognition for a job well done very focused on customer service. I wouldn't give them a good review at all and will never buy another part from this store in gonzales and will not recommend t&em to nobody there attitude is smart ass workers and there canceling orders throwing away the receipt and stilling cash

I went to this shop with a battery issue. the store manager was completly obnixious. he refused to listen to me and was condesending and rude. The batter was not sufficent for my needs and all he wanted to do is give me another just like it. You can't solve a problem until you know what it is and you can't understand the problem if you will not listen. I will NEVER again purchas anythng form this shop, I would rather drive farther to be treated with a little respect.
