My husband was out of town and I ended up needing a new driver side windshield wiper asap... walked into auto zone and waited for what seemed like forever, so I left and went to autozone where I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a gentlemen named Lucas! He helped me right away and changed my wiper for me! Super quick and efficient. I will definitely be back!

I can honestly say after been a loyal customer for over 20 years I will not step foot back in the store for any product. I will not continue to use or promote a parts house that does not stand behind their products. There's always an excuse for something no matter what the part whether it be battery wiper blade or engine parts there's always an excuse not to stand behind the warranty! I fully intend on contacting the corporate office in finding out what the problem seems to be no matter what the warranty is never any good on... read more
