I hardly ever leave reviews but the manager here has to be the grouchiest customer service rep/manager ive ever seen at any store. Like shockingly. All I asked for was a caliper and he started screaming at me that they dont sell the bracket, but I kept repeating myself that I want the whole caliper assembly. He just wasn't getting it. If you go into this store, youll know exactly who I'm talking about
The staff here are great. They are really nice, respectful, and helpful. I always have a great experience when I shop here.
First class service If they don't have they will get it
I needed a somewhat obscure part for while passing through Laconia, NH late Thursday on a cross-country roadtrip. While the part was not in stock, the guys at the shop jumped through some hoops to ensure it was at the store first thing Friday morning. Sure enough, they opened right at 7:30 and I was able to buy the item I needed. They helped me pick and rent the correct tools for the job and were excellent representatives of Advance Auto.
