I went to get battery for car. After they installed new one, car would not start. After they messed around in fuse box under hood, trying to figure what was wrong, I had to have car towed, and rent a car. Out 600.00 + dollars. Dealer said it lost ground. Contacted headquarters, they were suppose to contact me "Monday". That was 2 Monday's ago. Clearly their fault it would not start. Very poor customer service. Would highly recommend to drive right on by.
The only place to get a battery. Replaced an 06 oem with new. Totally pro staff (Jimmy D) spelled out warranty and INSTALLED new one for me in the lot no extra charge. Never expected that. I did expect an evening of pain. Instead it was all over in 7 minutes. Highly recommended.
Let me throw this out BF I forget---- Advanced Auto on A1A north of JTB has the best customer service of any place I've gone. I've stuck w them for a few years & today a new battery for $0.00. They stand behind their products & well that's enough.
