I had a great experience with the customer service from Easter. Very helpful and respectful who helped change a car part in the parking lot. Recommended coming here for any vehicle needs.
Store was clean & well stocked.
Walked in to buy a mower battery and the lady immediately asked what I needed in a very rude tone. Not a great experience. I’ll be taking my business across the street to O’Reilly from now on. Disappointed in this Advance Auto Parts location in Pilot Mountain.
