This is my go to spot for auto parts. Knowledgeable staff. Only incorrect part they sold me wasn’t their fault. This time I needed a new battery. They installed at no charge. Noted they used a backup supply via cig lighter to ensure car settings were maintained. Lot of shops would not have bothered or even known this technique.

I came in because I have always had fantastic service at Advanced Auto. Today this was not the case. Tge 2 people working could not help me change a bulb, then said they don't provide that service (which has always been provided in the past), and then said they didn't know how. They then agreed I should go to O'REILLY. Not good business
