Went in to get a new battery for my van. Got everything checked out and the only thing I needed was a battery. I even got my alternator checked to make sure i didn't need a new one. Well they put my battery in loose and it caused my alternator to break. Then when I called to see about what discount I could get or what they could do to help because the battery was for sure put in loose because we had to tighten the heck out if it they said basically that wouldn't cause that to happen and they charge $400 for alternators.
