I went in to get a battery for my car remote and I was told to go look it up on YouTube they couldn’t help me. What a joke.
After looking at your website, that states you test starters and alternators on or off the vehicles, and going to your store, where the front of the store has a sign saying you test starters and alternators, I was told you can only test batteries. That is what is called false advertising! The folks at O'Reillys were very nice and tested both for me in no time flat!!
NAPA gained a new customer.
Horrible customer service they close before the time stated, even when you call in before hand. Then ignore you at the door even though they can see you and they're not supposed to be closed for another 5 minutes. Not to mention their hours are listed wrong on here and on Google!
