I had a troubling experience at Advance Auto Parts in Mason, WV (29 Mallard Ln). I waited in line for 20 minutes for a simple product i had in my hand, even the customer ahead of me left after 20 minutes. During that time, an employee was told to go to the back and stock shelves, by the woman managing the front, who spent most of her time flirting with a male customer instead of helping those waiting.
