I have done business here for a long time! They care nothing for repeat customers. I bought a starter and found out that this wasn’t the problem after talking to a friend. I went to take the starter back and they wouldn’t take it back! So now I have a $145 part that I don’t need!! They were as rude as rude could be on the exchange as well! There is no customer service here- They could care less.This was the 3rd strike for them-they are OUT. Carry your business to CARQUEST in Columbus if you want to be treated right.
On 4/5/18, I was traveling with my son when the alternator went out on my truck. This was the only parts stores that would even show up on my map. I was able to make it to the store early that morning. They quickly checked and confirmed the alternator was bad. They had one in stock and let me use the tools to quickly change it out. I was back on the road within an hour. I want to thank everyone there for being so helpful in my time of need.
