James the manager at this location was very unprofessional towards his employees and his lone customer(me)this morning when I was in the store. I was simply returning a battery, I was the only customer in the store and I had to wait over a half hr because James the manager ignored his employees when asked for help to enter a managers code so I could be refunded. Would not recommend! THANKS JAMES!
Friendly and helpful service. Willing to go the extra mile to correct problems. But they can't keep track of their spark plugs. (grin)
