I bought a new battery less than 3 months ago and I had to have it towed to the dealership. They told me it is a bad battery!😡
I was sold the wrong part. They would not allow me to return the part that they sold me.
I will never go back. Went in to get some screws & the cashier (Gary) was very rude would not even take time to help us properly with our questions like he was too lazy to help or just didn't care. Then we we finally checked out he was having trouble with his register and keep saying out loud "Jesus Christ" such awful & unprofessional language. U could tell he hated being there. Very rude lazy & disrespectful employees working there.
Tim was great! He checked my battery and alternator, determined it was the battery (thank goodness). They had the battery in stock and he installed it for me. Great customer service! I will back for future auto part needs!
