RecommendedIt is not always easy to deal with car trouble. The associate that worked with me, Shane L, was very professional and pleasant when I needed a battery for my equinox. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything for my car. I wanted to give a good shout out to Shane and his work. When you are in the service industry, you get more bad feedback than good. I asked if they could check my battery and the lady replied that “our machine is down”. I wish people would be honest and reply they are too busy to fool with it.
Absolutely horrible experience. There was only ONE nice associate at the register & working in the store. A nice young man who seemed to maybe still be in training. Some “associate” named Jason could not have been more passive aggressive if his life had depended on it. Went in yesterday for lug nuts and lug bolts for a trailer,I took the hub inside and he wanted to know what vehicle it was for. I told him I didn’t know the size and needed something that would fit the hub. He rolled his eyes and acting like I was really bothering him went in the back came back with some bolts. When I said I need nuts too he went back again not looking happy comes back with these things that looked like they came off a semi truck and tells me that’s all he could find to fit it and they almost $10 a peice.
