i sat in line waiting along with about 4 other customers while two employees were helping other customers with god knows what. they were with the customers at the register for about half an hour while customers were forced to wait to check out. Myself along with another customer put our stuff down and went across the street to Autozone. if you have a line someone should take care of customers who simply just need to check out while the other manages returns and whatnot. absolutely ridiculous.
RecommendedEvery time I've been in the store and when I had to work on an online order for parts not in stock, the staff was so helpful. They don't talk down to me. They respect that hey, some of this stuff I actually understand even if I'm not able to do the work myself. Just sent my dad to pick up my order so I can get back on the road.
Advance Auto Parts and their employees are amazing!! Highly recommend this place!
