Tried to warranty a battery for a closed Rochester Location and they refused to take the battery. As someone working in the Automotive industry DO NOT WORK WITH THEM FOR WARRANTIES!
I did go to a different auto parts store and was totally ignored. So I just walked out and I have heard how good Advance Auto is, so I thought I'll give them a try. I was treated so wonderful there! The employee, his name was Dan , Right away greeted me and asked how he can help me! He was so helpful and friendly!! I will definitely be doing all my auto needs there from now on!! I am telling all my friends and family to go there to!
Ben helped me with getting parts for my vehicle at a good price. He also went above and beyond and gave me recommendations on shops that would help me install it at a good rate.
Great service! Love the professionals and passion they have for their customers! Had my wipers put on for me without them even asking they offered! Strongly recommend this place for auto parts needs!
