Very friendly and night service
Good consistent transaction. Store tech Robin R was great. We needed a battery replacement. Called to confirm previous purchase date (also at Advance Auto, saved in their computer system) and was told it's still covered, no additional cost. I then jumped the car and drove over. Robin greeted me and processed the warranty return & exchange. Validated info and swapped out old to new battery. Got receipt, a coupon, and was set to go. Quick and smooth. Thanks, Robin!
Staff was very helpful
Rob & Robert are very good guys. They know how to help you and fix your problem. I had an issue with my band and I needed to find something to help to get me back home. They did the research online and tried many differents ways to find a solution. At the end they found the part and I was able to fix my car and go back to my family. I feel very grateful to go autoparts and get help from them. I recommend 100%. Don't go autozone as they were rude and don't have constumer service like Rob and Robert.
